Load processor settlements and wallet statements straight from the provider with your own keys.
Open BrillrecIn the provider’s dashboard, copy the keys Brillrec asks for. Read access is enough: Brillrec never moves money. The questions below say where each provider keeps them.
Open Connections, find the provider and choose Connect. Give the connection a name and paste the keys. Brillrec checks them with the provider before saving. Test or sandbox keys work too and are labelled as such.
Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify and Squad bring settlements and the payments in each, for a POS or payments account reconciled with the bank account the payouts go to. Fincra, Paga and VFD bring a statement with its running balance, like a bank account.
On the Files step of a new reconciliation, choose Import from the connection and the period. The lines come in as if you had uploaded the file, so the column check, balance check and matching are the same.
Paystack: Settings → API Keys & Webhooks (secret key). Flutterwave: Settings → API Keys (secret key). Monnify: Developer → API Keys (API key and secret key). Squad: your dashboard’s API settings (secret key). Fincra: the API keys page of your Fincra dashboard (secret key). Paga Business: your API settings (public ID, password and hash key). VFD: the VBaaS portal, API Keys (consumer key and secret), plus the account number to read.
Paga only answers servers on your business’s IP whitelist. Email hello@brillrec.com for the address to add in your Paga dashboard, then connect again.
Squad’s API lists payments into your virtual accounts, with Squad’s fee and settlement date. Card, USSD and payment-link payments are not listed there: export Squad’s transactions report and upload it instead.
Korapay, Remita, OPay, PalmPay, Arca and Graph Finance work by report import: export the transactions or settlement report from the provider’s dashboard and upload it. POS terminal reports with terminal ID, RRN, STAN and masked card number are read too.
Choose Disconnect on the connection, and revoke or roll the key in the provider’s dashboard if you wish. Lines already loaded stay in their reconciliations.
Load statement lines straight from your bank instead of uploading files.
