Integrations / Bring your sources together

Connect your systems.
Bring your records together.

Bring accounting records, bank statements and payment reports into the same reconciliation workspace. Choose an authorised connection, a configured feed or a file import for each source.

Explore the connections
01 / Accounting connections

Start with
the books you keep.

Use an authorised connection where your provider and account are supported, or bring in an export. Confirm the route for your accounting product during evaluation.

Accounting

QuickBooks Online

Connect supported accounting records for reconciliation, or use an exported file when that better fits your process.

Accounting

Zoho Books

Bring supported accounting records into Brillrec through an authorised provider connection.

Accounting

Sage

Use supported Sage connection workflows, subject to your product and provider access.

Accounting

Xero

Discuss your Xero accounting records and the reconciliation workflow you need.

03 / Files & feeds

A connection is
only one way in.

Reconcile the reports your banks, processors and internal systems already produce. A file import can be the right route even when a direct connection is available.

CSV & Excel

Import accounting exports, payment reports and statements. Check and save column layouts for recurring files.

PDF statements

Extract bank statement records and review the interpretation. Scanned documents can require an OCR setup.

SFTP & API

Use a configured SFTP source or API feed for recurring records. Reload a source when late or backdated entries need to be included.

NIBSS NIP reports. Import supported inward and outward transfer reports, match using session identifiers and see unsuccessful transfers separately counted. Check the recognised columns and transfer direction before continuing.

04 / A considered setup

Authorise the source.
Check the records.

Agree the access, import process and account policy before relying on a recurring workflow.

Connect deliberately.

Administrators configure sources and authorise the provider access needed for the organisation.

Protect credentials.

Connection tokens and SFTP credentials are stored encrypted. SFTP workflows verify a pinned server fingerprint.

Review the result.

Confirm that imported dates, amounts and source coverage fit the reconciliation period.
