Demonstration enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, optional phone number, organisation, bank-account range, accounting systems, current situation, desired outcomes, optional annual-turnover range and a description of your requirements. Brillrec uses these details to respond and arrange an evaluation, including contacting you by phone if you provide a number. Please describe your workflow without including financial records, account credentials or sensitive personal information.
Email draft mode
When the form prepares an email draft, its contents stay in the page until you open your email app or copy them. Your email provider handles the message when you send it.
Direct delivery mode
When direct delivery is configured, the form identifies that it sends through Brevo. The website server passes your enquiry to Brevo for delivery to info@brillrec.com and sends a confirmation to the email address you provide. Technical request information is used to limit repeated submissions.
Demonstrations and external resources
The interactive demonstration uses fictional records held in page memory. It does not connect to the application. Website fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. The product preview uses locally served fonts.
Questions about your enquiry
Contact info@brillrec.com to ask about information you have sent, including correction or deletion. Active leads are kept while discussions continue. Enquiry records are deleted 10 days after the lead is closed or becomes inactive. If a lead progresses to a customer relationship, relevant information is handled under the agreed service arrangements.
