An administrator can require every user to confirm sign-in with a code, under Settings → Security.
Important actions are recorded with who did them and when: matches, explanations, approvals, sign-off, reopening, settings changes and AI use.
Your administrator chooses whether AI assistance is used. In masked mode, account numbers, BVNs, phone numbers and email addresses are hidden before anything reaches the AI provider. A person decides every match, and every AI call is logged.
Connections to your bank or accounting software are read-only. Access tokens and keys you enter are stored encrypted and are never shown again. You can disconnect at any time.
No. With Mono, you sign in on Mono’s own screen. Brillrec receives only the account and its statement lines.
Yes. An administrator can switch AI assistance off, or choose masked or full mode, under the organisation’s AI settings. Matching by rules works without it.
