Connect
You need a Brillrec account first. As an admin, open Settings, then Connections, find Zoho Books and choose Connect. Brillrec says what it reads; choose Continue to Zoho Books, sign in to Zoho and accept.

An admin connects Zoho Books once. Admins and managers can then import from it.
Check it
Back in Brillrec, the connection shows your Zoho Books organisation and Working. Choose Check at any time to test it.
Import a period
On the Files step of a reconciliation, choose Import from Zoho Books, the Zoho bank account and the period. The ledger lines come in as if you had uploaded the file, so the column check, balance check and matching are the same.
Disconnect
In Connections, choose Disconnect. Brillrec cancels its access in Zoho Books and deletes its access tokens. Reconciliations already made are kept.

What does Brillrec read?
The transactions recorded against the bank accounts you link from your Zoho Books chart of accounts, with the account names and your organisation’s name. It only reads: nothing in Zoho Books is changed.
Who can connect?
Admins of your Brillrec organisation connect and disconnect it. Admins and managers choose it as the source when importing; everyone else sees the lines once they are in a reconciliation.
Which Zoho data centres work?
All of Zoho’s data centres: United States (zoho.com), Europe, United Kingdom, India, Australia, Japan, Canada, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and China. Brillrec uses the data centre Zoho signs you in on.
I have more than one Zoho Books organisation.
Brillrec connects the organisation that is your default in Zoho. To connect another, make it your default in Zoho Books, then connect again.
Zoho says the sign-in failed, or the connection needs connecting again.
Sign in to Zoho with a user who can see the organisation’s banking and accountant pages, then connect again. If you removed Brillrec in Zoho’s connected apps, connect again too.
“This Zoho account has no Zoho Books organisation.”
The Zoho user you signed in with has no Zoho Books organisation. Sign in with the user who has Zoho Books, or ask the organisation’s Zoho admin to invite you.
Can I stop sharing from Zoho?
Yes. Disconnecting in Brillrec cancels the access in Zoho too. You can also remove Brillrec from the connected apps in your Zoho account.
